Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

one is under Druze control

The Druze map Control area is actully bullshxt and it is from Liveumap which has always been trash.

The Syrian armed forces have not vacated anything it has taken in the Druze territories since they invaded last time where Suweida city itself fell twice 24 hours.

These people are besieged in Suweida city and they control another village behind and thats about it. All the border region and everything else surrounding Suweida city itself is control by the Gov´t and tribes.

They are completely besieged in Suweida and in the on other smaller village plus they only survive on the Syrian gov´ts aid.

They will be dealt with and they are going nowhere but SDF has to be first and foremost eliminated for good.. Everyone and his dog will understand

The delegation of the "Syrian Democratic Forces" (SDF), charged with negotiating with #Damascus, expected that implementation of the terms of the March 10 agreement between the two sides would begin in the coming days.

The delegation's spokesman, Yasser Al-Sulaiman, said that the American side will be present in supervising the implementation of the March agreement with the Syrian government, stressing that Syria can only tolerate one army with various formations, according to "Syria TV."

He pointed out that the SDF delegation is counting on the patriotism of President Ahmed Al-Sharaa, and his keenness for the integration process to be achieved, to devote himself to building Syria as befits the sacrifices of the Syrians.

Al-Sulaiman added that there are many disputes with Türkiye, and we aspire to resolve them through the structure of the Syrian state.

Regarding oil, Al-Sulaiman explained that oil derivatives will be accessible to all Syrians within state institutions, while a portion of the revenues from oil derivatives will be allocated to the areas from which they are extracted.

they withdrew from syria and left all their bases now?
Turkey has established a significant military presence in northern Syria since its first offensive in 2016. This presence includes multiple military bases and facilities aimed at controlling the region and supporting local forces.

Military Operations and Developments

  • Offensives: Turkey has conducted several military offensives, including operations in 2016, 2018, and the most recent one starting in November 2024, aimed at expanding its control and combating Kurdish forces.
  • Training and Support: Turkish forces are providing training to the Syrian army, focusing on air defense and other military tactics. This includes the use of Turkish-developed equipment.
  • Long-term Presence: The establishment of these bases indicates Turkey's intention to maintain a long-term military presence in Syria, especially following the collapse of the Assad regime.

Strategic Implications

Turkey's military bases serve multiple purposes, including:

  • Countering IS: Engaging in operations against the Islamic State.
  • Regional Stability: Aiming to stabilize the region amid the power vacuum left by other international actors.
  • Deterring Threats: Establishing air defense systems to deter potential threats, particularly from Israel.

This military footprint reflects Turkey's growing influence in Syria and its commitment to supporting allied forces in the region.

Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Guler received, in the capital, Ankara, a delegation from the Syrian Ministry of Defense headed by Army Chief of Staff Ali al-Naasan.

SANA reported that during the meeting with Guler, Al-Naasan reviewed a number of topics of common interest.

The meeting comes at the end of the deadline for implementing the agreement signed between Damascus and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), without achieving any progress in integrating the SDF into state institutions.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on Wednesday, renewed his assertion that Ankara will provide the necessary support to #Damascus for the peace and security of the Syrian people, without distinction between Arab, Kurdish, and Turkmen, or between Sunni, Shiite, and Alawite.

Erdogan pointed out that the consolidation of an atmosphere of stability in #Syria increases the cases of voluntary returns of Syrians residing in #Turkey, stressing the importance of accelerating the recovery process in Syria and achieving noticeable progress in political stability within a short period.

He explained that the year 2025 witnessed the return of 600,000 Syrians residing in Türkiye to their homeland.

The Turkish President expressed his confidence that the presence of a strong Syria, and the achievement of its political unity and territorial integrity, will make exceptional contributions to its surroundings and to the entire world.
