Lancet is new generation anti tank missile. It's similar to LMUR which is also lock on after launch.

its not missiles Mr but a suicide drone but not able to fire by 2 men, it need much larger structure to launch compare to Javelin (shoulder fired vs catapult launch) and also Lancet has a piston engine and much slower than Javelin and both have different method of guideness, lancet uses electro-optics terminal guided whereas Javelin has IR guided ATGM
