Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Not really.

It has taken just 7 months for fanboys to convert BuM into a massive success. All it took them was some hazy images from internet, apply some superior logic and BOOM. From NO damage to everything decimated on Indian side. They achieved what even ISPR couldn’t achieve.

Such warriors can defeat any side in less than few months. Convert defeat into a win and vice versa. There is no learning cycle for them.
Don't find it strange post BUM indian cantts are missing a lot of roofs any way cope

That is the biggest ever cope I saw on this forum. Keep burning dude. I like it. 😜

Google translate gave this after translation.

I was hoping to get a name of the modules.

But here is what MKI radar looks like. Check out the resemblance and color scheme. Yellowgreenish and gray. The part has to be from front section of the aircraft where most of avionics are kept?

No disrespect to you, credit to you for your effort, it's much appreciated, but this module below has roughly 5 visible tubes (for chaffs/flares) and it's from the tail section of the Su-30MKI where can see it has 7 of these dispensers. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It could be but if you can get a picture of UV-50 dispenser with exact same angle then you got it ma man. I will look for avionics module and you look for dispenser module. Hopefully we find it. The whole point for this exercise is to prove Indians wrong so we must find solid evidence.

They should have tried ALCMs from a distance? as they did after 7th May? they are really incompetent.. if i were in IAF and I knew my best platform with the best countermeasures against jamming is jammed then without fully understanding and countering i would not have tried to come near to the border.
My own words
Bad mission planning and faulty intel. Either they did not expect PAF to respond in the manner it did or had really bad intel of OpFor capabilities. Either way the mission planners should be court martialed :D PAF's response essentially neutralized IAF's counter air capabilities as well as a big chunk of their A2G arsenal i-e hammer and spice. They had to resort to flying going up the escalation ladder and resorting to using their highest tier assets like SCALP & Brahmos. Brahmos fire on May 10th were all SSM fired from Sisra their are photographs of their spent boosters in the desert.@Oscar had mentioned that their was one Jaguar launched rampage ALBM in the mix as well. So they essentially threw their top tier very long range proverbial kitchen sink at us on May 10th

embellished with ChatGPT :D

This points to serious mission-planning failures and flawed intelligence preparation of the battlespace. Either the IAF did not anticipate the nature, speed, or coherence of the PAF response, or their assessment of PAF counter-air, EW, and IADS capabilities was fundamentally incorrect. In either case, that failure rests squarely with planners and intelligence staff.

Once the PAF response unfolded, it effectively neutralized a large portion of the IAF’s counter-air and air-to-ground toolkit, particularly stand-off A2G munitions like HAMMER and SPICE, which rely heavily on permissive EW conditions and accurate threat modeling. With those options degraded, the IAF was forced up the escalation ladder, resorting to top-tier, scarce assets; notably SCALP and BrahMos—to regain deterrence and signaling value.

It’s also worth clarifying that the BrahMos launches on 10 May were surface-to-surface (SSM), fired from Sirsa, with photographic evidence of spent boosters recovered in the desert. As @Oscar noted, there may have been a single Jaguar-launched RAMPAGE ALBM in the mix, but the broader pattern is clear: by that point, India was throwing its longest-range, highest-value strike options the "proverbial kitchen sink" at the problem.

That is not a sign of confidence or dominance; it is a sign that earlier assumptions about escalation control and adversary capability were badly wrong.

This one seems legitimately devastating.

@Vkdindian1 genuinely interested in your opinion on this particular strike.

@Ak01 thoughts?
This is what Grok has to say about this image.

**Yes, the image in the X post appears to have been modified or generated using AI, or at least digitally altered to falsely depict damage.**

“Here's the evidence-based reasoning:

- The post claims to show recent satellite imagery of **damage** to India's Amritsar Air Force Station from Pakistani strikes, with specific coordinates.
- However, independent analyses from the 2025 India-Pakistan conflict (including Operation Sindoor) consistently show **no visible major damage** to Amritsar or other claimed Indian targets. Sources like The New York Times and Maxar/Planet Labs satellite imagery confirm no runway/hangar destruction on the Indian side, while Pakistani bases sustained verifiable hits.
- Pro-Pakistani social media during and after the conflict frequently circulated **doctored or AI-generated images** claiming Indian airbase damage (e.g., Pathankot, Udhampur, Jammu). Fact-checks from AFP, France24 Observers and many independent sources explicitly debunked similar altered satellite photos as manipulated—often by adding fake craters or burns to real base images.
- A direct reply in the thread accuses the poster of "editing pics with AI" and demands metadata/satellite source proof, which aligns with patterns of disinformation flagged in 2025-2026 reports. However, no metadata has been provided.
- No credible commercial satellite provider (e.g., Maxar, Planet, Sentinel) has released imagery matching this claimed damage for any Indian airbase in late 2025 or early 2026. Searches for recent authentic imagery show the bases intact.

This fits a broader trend of AI-assisted propaganda in the conflict, where fake visuals were used to exaggerate strikes on the opposing side. The image is likely not a genuine satellite photo but an edited or AI-enhanced fabrication for propaganda purposes.”

Many kids would now start calling Grok as Indian controlled but these attempts to create a false narrative of achieving stellar success can be dished out and consumed in-house. Outside world knows the realities and that includes loss of fighters by India.

But, isn’t narrative building for domestic audiences? India sold to its own about no loss of fighters and now Pakistan selling this junk to their own.

Grok is the most useless AI. I used pictures of Indian soldiers surrendering to Chinese and Grok said it is Pakistan soldiers surrendering to India in may 25🤣🤣

The firs picture is indeed manipulated but the second video is not.
