Thankfully yes for the existing towers, I am not too sure for the one they have planned. After Shaheed-E-Millat incident CDA woke up and purchased two Bronto SkyLift's for CDA Firebrigade which can effectively provide a fire fighting platform to reach the major buildings in Pakistan Centaurus included.
