But where were the Meteors on Op Sindoor night?

Seems really really hard to believe they didn't have them.....and I don't know what is worse.....they had Meteors but chose not to carry them or they had Meteors but couldn't get a chance to fire even one?

One thought is that because IAF doesn’t implement in systems of systems that well the way the PAF showed up was at edge of meteor employment envelope and when they went live and fired standoff weapons their attempts to push in were met with missile launches.

Think about it - why do this entire op with nearly every Rafale you had knowing the adversary out sticks you on everything you have?
They brought the meteor, had a plan and it turned out the PL-15’s actual max range is greater than the Meteor’s actual range. It is even possible that the meteor’s employment envelope isn’t what it’s made out to be.

They had Meteors up on the Rafales. There have been efforts to deflect criticism of the shootdowns by stating the Rafales were flying without the long stick. This is inaccurate.

They were flying the Rafales as "escort" to their strike packages. How could you fly escort without your BVRAAM?

but not all Rafale was shot in range greater than 150km? there are some shot down < 150Km? Also, it is said that the fight was going for 52 minutes. then why didnt they gel a single lock or meteor shot?
