Jf17 aesa is gan or gaas based and f15sa has export quality apg 63 variant of apg 79 radar only for export. which is less or there is more to it ?

Apart from payload, speed, range. I dont see ksa variant having edge over jf17. Avionics of f15 ksa cant be superior to jf17 block 3.
