Just wait and watch, American capitalism has a habit of adapting faster than political talking points. Unless the total number of H1B visas is actually reduced, the quota will still get filled with Indians.

Higher wages, tighter scrutiny, or weighted selection just change which Indians get selected, not whether Indians get selected. And if certain roles become uneconomical onshore, the lower value work will simply be shipped to Bengaluru instead.
