Why would a fighter jet be having its safety lights flashing? That tells me it’s not Israeli or USAF.
Could be Iranian jets patrolling in the border region.
It seems iran thought the attack was tonite.

When I was in Gaza they fly literally 24/7. There was always jets all over Occupied Palestine and the Sea at 2 AM, 4 AM, 6 AM 12PM 3PM 6PM .... You get the point ...
It's more likely planes over Iraq are civilian airliners that had to turn around after trying to enter Iranian airspace
