Over the last 40 years, ever since Reagan admin, Dems have rubber stamped and perpetuated every destructive policy and action conducted by Republicans. I don't see this behavior changing anytime soon.

There is about 80+ billion dollars that California alone handed out to red states couple of years ago, lets not even talk about rest of the blues, anyone that pays federal taxes and tracks where that is spent is aware of that.
