Turkey Syria - News & Updates

I am talking about SDF , they are armed to the teeth

Its difficult to say what they have, but I don't think they have more than Hezbollah had. Hezbollah didn't have tanks and armored vehicles, but Hezbollah had ballistic missiles and other things. In number they probably have more people, but in terms of weaponry, I think its either even or perhaps less.

According to Mazlum, it means the SDG/YPG will also withdraw from the Tishrin Dam.Of course, from Tabqa city too.

Blue area is going to be handed over to the Syrian government if SDF doesn't play games last minute.

The end of PKK's presence in Western Syria is imminent. The psychological impact of this development cannot be overstated. Having completely lost Afrin, their presence would be restricted to merely two enclaves in the North East. The yellow vast area on the map is deceiving. It's all Arab lands.

This simply means a major defeat when compared to pre-war Syria or even the initial phases of the civil war.

Let us not forget, they once firmly believed that K. would evolve into a Mediterranean Sea nation. They really thought that in the end Hatay would fall, too.

He said it,not me. I agree with you that they are poorly equipped. Look at the numbers too. They can't fight a full war against the new Syrian Army if it's supported by Turkey. They can't.

Mazlum Abdi on Twitter

Based on invitations from friendly countries and mediators, and in demonstration of our good faith in completing the merger process and our commitment to implementing the provisions of the March 10th agreement, we have decided to withdraw our forces tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m. from the current contact lines east of Aleppo — areas that have been under attack for the past two days — and redeploy them to areas east of the Euphrates.

They are not poorly equipped. But I do agree the Syrian Army has more.

In these moments, elements of the "QSD PKK" organization continue to steal what remains of commercial shops in the city of "Deir Hafer" east of Aleppo. Witnesses tell me that elements of the organization have stolen civilians' cars and have now begun loading them with the stolen goods. For the third consecutive day, looting operations continue.
