Bit of stretch claiming a nuclear powered missile. Russia is thr only country believed to have a functional arsenal. Also if Iran did have it, wouldnt they be better off utilizing missile material for an actual nuclear bomb?

It is obvious Iran got infiltrated, by Afghan saboteurs, Kurdish PJAK, Bahais and other agents from neighbouring countries (Iraqi Kurdistan, Baku, Turkey, etc...)

Trump wants the Iranian government to do a makeover so it’s easier to strike a deal. If Khamenai was smart he would decide to simply retire from politics and allow a makeover of the Iranian government.

Wether that’s IRGC lead or security national council lead or back to parliamentary system, I am not sure.

But Iran won’t be allowed back into world economy as long as Khamenai is leading. That much is certain.

For nuclear deterrence to stop a mad man using it against you the basics is a good ballistic missile with a heu-dust warhead.
15+ heu warheads exploding at 5km altitude would ensure that place(israel) would be inhabitable for centuries if not thousands of years especially if critical targets like farmlands are hit accurately. Also it wont kill palestinians. Palestinians will go to Labennon Egypt and Syria and can live there. zios can then go back to live in zew york and wait the next 10k years more for the mesiah to arrive after radiation goes away.

That is why they can't use anything nuclear if you have heu warhead bms as a basic deterrence. After that you can build within several years 5+ and more warheads if you want to.

Maneuvring ballistic missiles are good but a basic ballistic missile with a separate reentry vehicle would do fine as well with a little modification in my opinion. The exemple below is a single cone reentry vehicle ballistic missile. The cone rv is detectable by radars and there is missile defence to track and intercept it. If the cone sits inside a radar absorbant material low rcs shaped box like rhombus(nose of F22) or trapezoid it cannot be tracked by ground radars so it cannot be intercepted by the known methods. There is no friction in space and aerodynamics is not important. Before entering atmosphere the rhombus box would open releasing the cone shaped reentry vehicle into atmosphere.
