USA Deportations news

I would stop arguing with yahoo that think Federal Force is impeding State Government is a good thing, bear in mind he also thinks the US should become a uniparty dictatorship, you'd probably be better off saving your breath on this with him.
I agree, I have to deal with these idiots in real life and then to do it on the internet is exhausting. Having lived in Europe and the US I can tell you the average European is better informed regardless of their level of education.

As they say to increase the life expectancy of Americans, all you need is to do is to provide free education.

It's the same here in Australia, man, people make stupid mistakes here, but at least they are educated

The fact that some people are calling this guy who got shot a terrorists or whatever is crazy. Renee good got executed for trying to drive away and called a terrorist and now this guy too? If u start designating your political enemies as terrorists and dehumanising them, you are starting a genocide and war.

Other way around sunshine. State government impleading federal law which is why ICE and BP are there. Like I said you'd make a good democrat voter with your mentality.

uhh? How?

You do know what is impeding, right? States have NO OBLIGATION to help Federal Law Enforcement, impeding means State Law Enforcement actually and active hinder Federal Law Enforcement.

Dude, you need to get this right. And now, after Elon Musk exposing a lot of "American Troll" not even were american to begin with, I am starting to doubt you are actually one of them. Becuase only a stupid person would think calling someone "Democrat" is an insult.

Notice how red states are not rioting over ICE and BP enforcing immigration law? Hell Texas has millions of democrats all clustered in the big cities yet no rioting I wonder why?

Maybe because the Governors of those red states don't incite the population and democrat mayors of these cities inside red states know better than to cross republican governors.
Frankly, I don't see this getting any better in blue states. Even here in AZ, which is purple, the State AG is already priming the fire with her comments. What a disgrace to her office.

uninformed BS, I live in red state. I have seen anti ICE protests and agitators and many people have been arrested for interfering with ICE enforcement. The difference is ICE operations have surged in Minnesota in terms of agent volume, the highest in the country. Also, the mode of operation in Minnesota is 'at large' arrest vs custodial enforcement in RED states. In Minnesota ICE agents go into communities to find illegal aliens while in RED states ICE use local law enforcement to take illegal immigrants into custody. When Federal agents go into communities where people don't know and trust them you will see push back from the community.
It is also true in the blue states, they've made it very clear that their law enforcement agencies will not be cooperating with federal LEO.

Big difference.

it's not that simple. Local law enforcement rely on community support to function using them to enforce immigration will cause that to erode. The next objection is the Tenth Amendment which clearly states Federal Law enforcement is to be done by Federal Agents not state. Then there is also the question of acting without a judicial warrant that leaves local law enforcement exposed to legal issues and local LEO do not have the same protections as agents of the federal government. A sensible administration would have created a workable legal frame work for local participation. But then what do you expect from the Secretary of Homeland security who doesn't even know the meaning of habeas corpus.

I'll bet she knows what a woman is.

To your points; I'm not in disagreement. Yet, in the case of the blue states / cities, they made it clear from the get-go there would be no cooperation. Sanctuary status, etc. Refusal to honor federal detainer requests. The list goes on.

There is fault on both sides.

Has there been any DHS secretaries truly competent in their role? Or any cabinet appointee for that matter?
Sure Michael Chertoff, Janet Napolitano, Kirstjen Nielsen and Tom Ridge were all better than the incumbent. And none of them spent 220m$ of our tax dollars plastering their leathery face on commercials and an additional 200m$ buying private jets just cause...

I'll have to strongly disagree with you regarding Janet Napolitano. She was our governor at one point in time. And not a very good one.

When she became Secretary, she stated with no hesitation that "the border has never been more secure". It wasn't. Shortly after the murder of Brian Terry in an ambush in Madera Canyon, she flew down to Tucson and ordered the agents in the Tucson and Yuma sectors there would be no discussion about the case nor any discussion about what was happening along the border.

BP buddies of mine advised me to stay away from areas where I liked to hunt. They had become literal war zones. The Vekol Valley might as well have referred to as the Swat Valley. They had zero respect for her.

Oh, as a reminder, it was Alejandro Mayorkas, who at the time worked for her at DHS, who wrote what is now known as DACA.

Tom Ridge....damn....I forgot about him. Absolutely outstanding

One thing for certain: this has certainly taken the media's focus off the fraud scandal up there.
