With EO fitted, Geran at long last becomes a true loitering munition, able to take on mobile ground targets.

Tornado is a horrifying siege weapon. While the FAB bombs get the media attention, Tornado is the quiet workhorse of urban warfare, supporting the troops wherever they go.

That’s probably the best way to stop the zombies.

Europe copies Ukraine’s territorial defense concept of “kill zone”.
Building multiple layers killing zones on a more massive scale against potential invasion by Russia and Belarus armies. With sensors, automatic systems on the ground, in the air 24/7

This is not a new concept. Modernized in my opinion based of what the Soviets did during the Battle of Kharkov in WWII.

Yes that’s not new.
it’s all about to break enemy swift advances by multiple defenses.
But new feature is AI detection and kill zone concept with unmanned tanks, unmanned drones on industrial scale.

It appears Russia has caught up to Ukraine in terms of heavy bomber drones.

@Viet

Bad news for Ukraine. Now not only Russia has advantage in air power, artillery, and now also has advantage in drones.

Looks like Liman is about to fall after Russians bombed the bridges. Liman is very difficult to defend because supplies must be done across the river.

While Kiev gets all the media attention, Kharkiv is all but forgotten. While it's not the capital city, it is the second largest city and the former capital city of Ukraine. Kharkiv to Ukraine is Saint Petersburg to Russia. By being much closer to the Russia border, the people of Kharkiv suffer much more than the people of Kiev does.

When Napoleon and Hitler invaded Russia, Russia had to fight alone. Now, if Europe invade Russia again, they'll have to fight North Korea, and no European has the courage to do that. Russia and North Korea have mutual defense treaty since 2024. When Ukraine invaded Kursk, Ukrainian army suffered heavy losses to North Korean army and had to withdraw.

@Viet

Ukraine is defenseless without Patriot. The latest Russian glide bomb has range nearly 100 km. Only Patriot has the range to counter.

What's with the US air force uniform captured in Seversk? Hopefully not hybrid warfare with secret American troops in harm's way.

Given the looks of the uniforms, DCU and AF digital tiger, likely either surplus given to Ukraine or individually purchased on the open market. No name tags are present.

I see three different ranks there. The DCU is a major, one is an E-3 the other an E-4.

Every day shit talk about Napoleon’s invasion of Russia. what’s about Russia invasion of Prussia? What’s Napoleons invasion of Germany? All dinosaurs’ talk.
By the way thanks to French invasion the Germans got the civil code, the division of government system, street names. All still valid today and go back to French occupation. And thanks to Chinese invasion of Vietnam we got military technology and organization. What Russia invasions brought to Europe? Probably only gulag.
