Why is the Z-10 taking forever to be integrated into Pakistan Army.

It's bad as the missing serial number for the JF-17 Thunder's:

Block-2: ??-249 and ??-250
Block-3: ??-301, ??-302, ??-303, ??-315 and ??-316.

Yes they are in my list. Unfortunately i don't keep photos but I will try to find if i can.

Yes it can but not the two digits before 315.

Full serial number should show something like 22-315 or 23-315.
