The article doesn’t really support that claim. The Iranian official didn’t blame China for COVID, and he didn’t say that Iranians blame China either. It was a disagreement over data, not responsibility for the outbreak. He also later walked the comments back after the Chinese ambassador objected.

Iran has already faced the US/Israel/NATO in three recent wars: the 2024 bombings, the 12-day war of 2025, and the color revolution of 2026. In all three, Iran fared well.
