Metro PD and Sherrif LEOs get into officer involve shootings a cht load of times everyday all over the US over the silliest things like using a broom handle as a "weapon" and if that officer fears for his life he's going to bust a cap on the perps a** and walk.

The attorney explains it all how the shooting was justified.

He made no contact he was helping the woman shoved to the ground by the ICEtapo thugs and was attacked from behind.

These thugs will walk away not because of the merit of their case but because judiciary rarely goes against the establishment of any given country, even less so when it's headed by a fascist tyrant, just ask Pakistanis...Lastly, making contacting with an agent is not a ground for automatic death sentence unless of course you are under the occupation of Zionazi Israel or Nazi Germany.

More importantly, a "felony that could cost Pretti 8 years, as the attorney put it," is NOT going to be able to justify killing the man. That only justifies putting him in the can for 8 years, as he said.

None of us were there. We're only seeing the film clips they want us to see.

Elizabeth Warren lives in a different reality.

Mikie Sherrill is another who could care less about the safety of people in New Jersey:

Not surprised she was elected in spite of the cheating scandal involving her while she was at Annapolis not to mention how her family's net worth increased by over $7M during her time in Congress.

New Jersey is going to have to learn the hard way they made a poor choice. Again.

Border czar plans for eventual drawdown of immigration agents in Minnesota

Updated 2:32 PM EST, Thu January 29, 2026

Where things stand

• Border czar outlines plan: White House border czar Tom Homan said he has ordered federal immigration authorities to work on an eventual drawdown plan for law enforcement in Minnesota. In remarks to the press in Minneapolis, Homan — who has taken the reins on the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown there — said operations on the ground will be targeted and he is “staying ‘til the problem’s gone.”

• New potential guidelines: The administration is considering new guidelines for federal immigration officers in Minnesota, including plans to avoid engaging with “agitators” and only focusing on immigrants with convictions or facing criminal charges, officials familiar with the talks told CNN.

• Alex Pretti shooting: Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey said footage showing a clash between Pretti and federal agents over a week before he was killed did not justify the protester’s killing. Federal officers involved in the shooting are on administrative leave per standard protocol, DHS said.

So from now onward, punishment for agitation is death?
What part of that do you consider agitation? I consider some of that to be destruction.

Kick a tail light out of my truck? I assure you I will be out on bail well before you get out of the hospital.

Who said that? I'm pointing out the narrative from the crazy left of this guy being some peaceful nurse when he was nothing but a pro agitator. Spiting at a LEO in the act of violence is a felony it is considered assault. "You people" can't seem to focus that this guy was nothing but a criminal and unfortunately he found out what happens when you obstruct a LEO in his duty while armed. He won the Darwin award and maybe that is what he was looking for. He really wanted to be assaulted by LEOs on the video in first encounter and maybe even shot but not killed.

If local police weren't <mod edit> and helped this guy would be in jail and very likely not dead.

Nationwide anti-ICE protests draw large crowds

Thousands of protesters have taken to the streets of Minneapolis as part of nationwide demonstrations against immigration enforcement action after the fatal shootings of two US citizens by federal agents.

Protests were also held in cities across the US, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington DC, with organisers calling on Americans to stay home from work and school.

The deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti have ignited local protests and caused public outcry across the country, and led to criticism from lawmakers in both parties.
Earlier on Friday, the US Justice Department opened a civil rights investigation into Pretti's death.
