کیا ہم پاک فوج سے کوئی تاوان مانگتے ہیں؟ کوئی بھتہ مانگتے ہیں؟ کیا مینڈیٹ مانگنا ، عمران خان کی رہائی مانگنا ، کرپشن کا خاتمہ مانگنا ، برابری اور حق مانگنا ہمارا جرم ہے؟ کیا یہ مانگنے کے بدلے آج بھی ہمارے گھر توڑے جارہے ہیں کہ آٹھ فروری کا احتجاج کہیں کامیاب نا ہوجائے؟
کیا بنگالیوں کو پاک فوج نے الیکشن کے بعد آزادی دے دی تھی؟ اور دل پر ہاتھ رکھ کر بتائیں کہ آزادی لینے کا ان کا فیصلہ درست تھا یا غلط؟ وہاں کونسا طریقہ کامیاب ہوا؟ کیا ہم نے وہ طریقہ اپنایا؟ یا اسکی ترویج کی؟ نہیں ! کیا ہم نفرت بھی نا کریں؟

Technically you could cite “court appointments” during Sher Shah suri’s times for his ancestral lineage or otherwise.
For that matter he should use the Suri surname because that does infer a deserved honorable lineage but then he becomes Imran Suri and the sons SS and KS.
That being said - for that matter the FM is supposedly a Syed - although that is a common slap on for area to create status based on supposed arab ancestry.
But - quite frankly no one should doubt him being from a “good” family in terms of repute within the ethnic tribes.

Tehreek to get Khan out of jail is fine and all. It is being led by his sisters and obviously they will pursue it no matter what. But reality is that IK is not in the mood for any deal and big brother is not in the mood to let him come out otherwise. Immovable force, unstoppable object.
Until time comes for a new big brother, he will be in jail indefinitely. Next best thing PTI and IK can do right now is make sure the province in their hand is run well and gets development. Jaisi bhi ho. So when he does eventually come out he doesn't have to answer questions like "aap ki party ne KPK me Kya kia hay xx saalo me?"
If they have to fake it or trump it up like PMLN does, then do it. Awaam ko coloured curbstone aur lights pasand hay tou lagado har jaga.
Sohail Afridi being CM of a province is a big deal. He is a nobody with no powerful relatives. This alone is a huge milestone for civil supremacy. We are not going to get civil supremacy through these landed elites.
PTI should lobby their best for a reliable channel of communication between CM office and IK, not Chinese whisper

Honestly I don’t see anything changing …..unless a black swan event happens like what happened with Gen zia
The power circles love the current set up …ie no rule of law.. do what ever you want , any body squeals fire him , jail him , declare him a traitor or kill him ..
The only real benefit Khan did was lift the veil … ie who the real fcukers were
