Honestly give it to the Houthis the biggest thing I remember about the Houthis especially in beginning of their blockade of the red sea against Israel is the amount they fired off and how much they were able to still fire off while being attacked after a year I would assume they have gotten back to prewar levels

This basically shows you that if there is a war Iran would have to send far more and several waves to hit targets even if their military hardware is superior to score hits

Handful of USAF took part in first couple days of strikes but it was left to USS Truman to hunt down Yemen ballistic missiles for weeks. If US used half of the force currently mass for likely Iran strikes they would have air patrols 24/7 over Yemen instead of slow drones.

unless wiki was lying they were round the clock airstrikes on Houthis……….its on the wiki itself hundreds upon hundreds of attacks from the air which basically proves the point yes you can attack targets from the air but many of these targets were decoys because if true after a couple years of attacks America under Biden and trump would have theoretically destroyed thousands of missiles drones(air and sea types) and air defenses dozens of underground and above ground weapons depots but Houthis were still firing off steady amounts of missiles and drones on a regular basis they took a break for month to let the heat die down and than went right back it like nothing happened
