Well, it remains to be seen the truth about the loss of vision; I have my doubts!! But it has injected life into Imran's followers--often the expats Reza Shah Pahlavi Brigade of Pakistan--to capitalize on Imran's loss of vision as a lightning rod after all the 'martyrdom' blah blah protests have failed.
I'd prefer Saudi Arabia's Saroor Palace as the exile location for Imran Khan where he would enjoy the perfect 20/20 vision to flip the channels, eat all the shwarmas and hopefully would think about how his lack of political brain and arrogance led to his downfall and exile.

Politicians have governed for substantial periods, passed budgets, appointed bureaucrats, shaped economic policy, and made major fiscal decisions. At the same time, yes, institutional overreach and bureaucratic inertia have also played a role. But blaming only one side ignores reality. Economic decline is usually the result of repeated policy mistakes, weak institutions, political instability, poor tax reform, energy mismanagement, and short term populism across different regimes. Structural problems don’t survive seven decades because of one group alone. They persist because successive governments, civilian and military, failed to fix them.
