Turkey Syria - News & Updates

The Iranian trolls are too dumb to understand this. All the conspiracy theories about OMG Syria is releasing ISIS to go after Iran or whatever, when the main perpetrators of the insurgency is coming from the Israeli/CIA backed PJAK/PKK, that irocally they supported against Turkey as a hedge. And that the ISIS attacks in Iran are not Syrian in origin but from ISIS Khorasan and coming from their eastern border. But their default setting for the last 15 years has been to attack and blame Turkey, and they are unable to read current dynamics in the region effectively.

Why do you think they are big losers in the region? Its not because they are wise. Its thank to Turkish diplomacy recently that the USA and Isreal are not bombing the shit out of them right now.

From a Turkish perspective the current Iranian regime is exceptionally dumb, its good for Turkish geopolitical ambitions that Iran remains under such a dopey leadership. No technology, no economy, no future. It means as Turkish influence expands across her historical backyard what the assassins can do will be limited.

Because as you Turks all know, the shia persians have always behaved as an internal corrosive element within the Muslim world from the Seljuks a thousand years ago until today.

What could these snakes be talking about? lol

this is CIA we are talking about , no cards are of the table for them ,if they use them they wont be ISIS anymore probably some new group .
People often perceive geopolitics as a zero-sum game, which is fundamentally a flawed perspective that can result in misleading conclusions. The United States will not, under any circumstances, reactivate ISIS networks that they have invested billions of dollars and years of military effort to dismantle, not to mention the significant geopolitical challenges involved in their initial destruction.

On top of everything, ISIS is like weed in the gaps of your patio. Activating a branch of this terror organisation means it will spread around. This is a security risk that the US is not willing to carry and the Europeans would not accept either.

From a strategic perspective, it is also illogical. ISIS is despised across all segments of Iranian society. This situation would effectively rally all factions of Iran in support of the existing regime, resulting in the exact opposite effect of what the Trump administration desires.

However, this does not imply that the US will refrain from engaging in any detrimental activities within Iran. Of course, they will try to incite a Sunni/Shia divide but not with the help of ISIS. This doesn't make sense at all. They will support every single Sunni organisations within Iran to weaken the regime, though. That is very obvious.

I share the view that PKK/PJAK in Iran is likely to not only confront the government but also aim at the Azerbaijani minority, potentially leading to a scenario similiar to an internal civil war.

This is where we understand Washington's motivation for removing the PKK fighters from NE Syria and guiding them back to Northern Iraq. They are intended to be deployed against Iran.

YUP!

The PKK game is a far more lucrative game, one element and can be played in 4 domains, Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Syria. Its not something that will spread externally to the US so, lesser possibility of blowback(atleast in some sense), this is a stronger card that ISIS to be played, as ISIS has no real presence in Iran.

This clown is at it again, the only cure for these people is to deal with them as they were dealt with in Afrin and Sheikh maqsood.

A complete dismantling of the militia and expulsion into Iraq.

Of course, all of this is happening after he met some US senators in Munich. Are they desperate or are they gullible? I can't tell.

The US is not leaving Syria or Iraq; they are simply repeating the same lies they told before. In 2009/2010, the US "announced" they were "leaving Iraq," but today, in 2026, we see that this was a lie.

The US is merely leaving bases and preparing them with weapons for ISIS (or another group) to seize in Syria and northern Iraq, for a probable "hybrid war" against Iran. In fact, the 2026 color revolution (which Iran shut down and deactivated) already had this objective: the evolution of the color revolution would culminate in ISIS/Kurds and others invading Iran through Iraq/Syria, followed by bombings. However, everything failed with the dismantling of the color revolution.

Even with the disarray, globalist Zionism has no other option but to wage war in Iran, as open warfare is impossible, so they continue to move towards this plan.

📍SDG terrorist organization leader Mazlum Abdi:

▪️"No matter what it's called, we want a local Kurdish administration."
▪️"The Syrian state has problems with titles and concepts. However, we want a local Kurdish administration/governance. Whatever it's called; the important thing is that it's Kurdish and preserves the regional governance style."
▪️"We want a structure where everyone feels safe, Kurdish characteristics and culture are protected, there are no attacks on Kurdish identity, and Kurds manage their own regions directly themselves."

The Senators are zionists and speak on behalf of Netanyahu and the likudniks in the US.

He must be getting confidence from them to Ignore Barrack, and that they would manage Trump or whatever.

Unfortunately for them, once the US leaves and the ISIS prisoners are all transferred, then there are no cards to play for them, especially when the Army has consolidated all areas, except for the parts of the north.

What sort of devilry are they conspiring?

This guy acting like a foreign minister and meeting with delegations without the Syrian foreign minister is troubling.

Interesting statements from Barzani. Not sure what to make of it, But as of recently I don't trust Barzani.

📍NEW — KRG President Barzani:

▪️"When these problems were happening in Syria, I was personally in constant communication with Turkey. I can say this: Turkey's role was very positive, and without Turkey's help and support, many of the things accomplished today would not have been possible."

▪️"For example, in Aleppo, Turkey truly played a major role in what was done and in the process of evacuating people from there peacefully."

▪️"Turkey's role was very positive; they played a supportive role in reaching a joint agreement between the SDF and the Syrian government. From what I've seen and observed, their role has been very constructive."

▪️"If you ask Damascus, they might think they've given the Kurds a lot. If you ask the Kurds, they might think they've received very little. However, in my personal opinion, what has been done could be good for both sides."

▪️"We must be realistic on this matter (autonomy). If we think we can copy the exact same model we have in Iraqi Kurdistan to Syria, that won't be possible."

I don't know what to make of it, a few days about Barzani was howling about sending the Pershmerga to invade Syria and other things, while Rudaw was portraying some sort of genocide. Is he doing Damage control on the Turkish relationship? Is this inter Kurdish rivalry with the PKK? In many ways, right now the KDP has a stranglehold on Kurdish politics, their rivals controlling a similar structure west of the the KRG presents its own challenges to their power.
