No dates as of yet. The Tabqa airbase I think is a good candidate. But we likely won't see it soon.

Depends a little bit on how things go with regards to Iran. I remain sceptical.

I think they will go, Syria no longer has much function especially with the collapse of the SDF/PKK and no real need to keep bases to monitor a corridor from Iran to Lebanon.
The base they haven't given up is the base in the KRG, close to the Iranian border.

The US Army is withdrawing from the Kasrak base located near Tel Tamr in northeastern Syria.
It is stated that the withdrawal from Kasrak will take about 15 days due to the size of the base and the number of equipment there.The US Army abandoning Kasrak is withdrawing to Iraq; protection was provided to the withdrawing convoys by Apache helicopters.The US plans to gradually withdraw all of its troops in Syria.U.S. forces are withdrawing from the Qasrak military base in northeastern Hasakah for redeployment to Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Syria TV reports.
“In recent weeks, U.S. forces have evacuated their bases in al-Shaddadi, Hasakah, Deir ez-Zor, and al-Tanf as part of a plan to leave Syria militarily, according to the agreement between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).”
One base remains at Kharab al-Jir near Rmeilan.

Yeah i saw another video of a little girl whose family moved back to syria, she said she missed all her friends from school and stuff and started crying. It must be emotional, many of them were born in Turkey and went to Turkish school, and it must be hard to readjust after the family moves back when the war is over.
