Sad state of affairs this between 2 countries that have so much in common. Hopefully common sense prevails eventually when both countries are run by people that represent the actual people of the country.

An Afghan taxi driver without much education said the same to me about 20 years ago, and he was right. Neither country has had a sovereign govt that actually represents it's people and hostile actors prefer it that way and for both to stay at loggerheads.

Islamabad said the strikes were launched on Afghanistan following recent suicide bombings in Pakistan

Pakistan has carried out multiple overnight air strikes on Afghanistan, which the Taliban has said killed at least 18 people, including women and children.
Islamabad said the attacks targeted seven alleged militant camps and hideouts near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border and that they had been launched after recent suicide bombings in Pakistan.

Representation in Pakistan is fine,

We can have open borders and free trade and deals
Pakistan can even help Afghanistan get rid of ISIS and provide air support


What we CANT DO is sit here whilst Afghans bomb Pakistan every other day and support TTP and BLA

So what's with the news that we drone bombed a civilian family in Orakzai, then when the locals were protesting, there was firing on the crowd and 3 more people were killed?

Striking actual perpetrators of attacks on Pakistan is very good. But making that as an excuse for propaganda of h4te against all Afghans , is not ok.

There are families in Karak kp that have multiple shaheeds... Almost every village has a shaheed or a crippling disability.. how long do you expect these people to

If it were up to me, I would have targeted those funerals starting the very next morning and kept striking them until they feared even burying their dead. I spent my childhood among them, so I know them well. They hate us. They hate Pakistan. And that will never change.
