Country was still a functioning nation state. There was democracy, there were elections, there was media freedom (everyday it was whinning on IK's govt even when economy was 100 times better then today, dollar, petrol everything was GREAT), there was actually a judiciary which could keep check on govt, there were human rights and everything.

No such offensive has been announced, Kunis are rampaging across Durand line, situation is more shit than October, all this lies on the fking leadership why the fk they didn't launched preemptive strikes before hand. Don't get ur hopes up this seems fixed, Qatar condemned terror attacks in pak and than the Kunis launched this op. Some kind of deal was made to give the Kunis some face saving let's see but don't get your hopes up.
