It's sort of like the PKK in Turkey, the demands have always been the same from Day 1 which is to stop any support or safehavens to the TTP/BLA, which they refuse.

They inherently are anti Pakistan and eventually will be back in their natural state ( hurting Pakistan and Pakistanis through any means ).

I was wondered about the utility of these planes for ages,

They seemed pointless even as interceptors in this day and age

But if they can be used in Afghanistan then might as well use them before they are retired

I suspect the border region is being prepared for a ground invasion to establish a buffer zone.

They are hiding weapons and material in caves and underground bunkers. These will all need to be cleared.

First objective should be to wipe out the mess us left in Afghanistan like tanks and apcs in hands of these Taliban so they go back to throwing rocks and slingshots and ak47s

Next fund nrf alot in terms of arms and prepare them for military offensive

Next keep deporting afghans from here in high intensity

Then a full air campaign against the talibund and use old missiles which are disposable against talibs

Why to waste million dollars missiles on rag tag militias ? We have very limited number of those expensive missiles. Those are reserved for india. We cannot waste that over Afghanistan.

The Taliban are demanding recognition from Pakistan as the legitimate government of Afghanistan. Pakistan is refusing this for various reasons. The Taliban respond by turning a blind eye to the TTP/BLA terrorist groups and building relations with India.
