It's not just that. They have three ports that manage 97% of all goods entering and leaving Israel. Two are located on the Mediterranean Sea, while one is situated on the Red Sea coast. All three can be easily obstructed by the Turkish Military. No goods, no medicine, no food, no exports, no imports, nothing at all if Turkey decides to intervene.
I'm not suggesting they don't have plans for us, but we are in a different category compared to Iran.
Many users here also overlook that Turkey shares borders with three Eurozone member countries. What would transpire in London, Paris, and Frankfurt if their central banks were destroyed in a full-scale war scenario?
The Europeans also lend us hundreds of billions of dollars. What would occur if we chose not to repay? Remember the Euro crisis.
Additionally, the Russian perspective is often ignored by many in the Middle East. Eastern and Northern Europeans would not accept a pro-Russian Turkey. This would mean the end of peace, democracy, and prosperity in Europe for good. The Americans couldn't focus on China either.
Keep in mind, the Israelis have spent decades working towards their objectives in Iran. That is what they themselves assert. We are far more complex and pose a greater risk to them than Iran.

Pakistan and Turkey should supply Iran with munitions and rockets in an underhand hidden way just like Pakistan supported the Afghan Taliban while going along with NATO, because after Iran and Lebanon, Israel and US are going to come after Pakistan and Turkey.
