This is WW3 and while it's about Iran's Survival, it is also a war to Topple the US/West from Number 1 Position. Every interceptor spent and every missile/PGM they used burns through their stocks so they'll find it hard to make new ones because China will cut off Rare Earths needed to make them, and the result will be a more militarily degraded US/Israel that now can't replace interceptors easily.

If Iran can find a way to produce under fire, replenish, and rebuild fast its BMs and offensive capability during and after this war, the depleted stocks of interceptor in both US and Israeli armory literally means the Iranians can prevent anymore of their aggression for the next 2-3 years if IRGC resists steadfast to the end and waste the US' Patriot/SM-3 interceptors, precision bombs and missiles.

I am pretty sure those are all drones. US and Israel knows there are still a lot of TELARs spread around the country. Just cruise missiles and small long range gliding bombs like GBU39 from safe distance and then sacrifice all Hermes 900 and probably some Reapers (though no evidences of them operating inside Iranian airspace).

There are decoys and there are outof service systems as well in iran as decoys. There is no guarantees 2000 struck means 2000 active targets effectively destroyed.
