Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Peace is never achieved through negotiation. I hope our Iranian friends will internalize this principle.

If I were an Iranian commander, I would use significant military force to attack the following locations:

1. All infrastructure within Israel: desalination plants, power plants and hubs, oil facilities and pipelines, key transportation hubs, etc.

2. All of Israel's border walls. Regardless of whether the bordering regions are friendly with Israel, I would strive to breach all the separation barriers.

I would use a small number of hypersonic missiles to symbolically attack Israeli military bases, government centers, and other highly defended locations. I would not attack any civilian areas.

If any other country helps Israel intercept my missiles and UAVs aimed at Israel, I will attack that country's infrastructure.

The problem is if Iran attacks Israeli economic interests, powerplants then the Israelis/Americans will do the same, they will completely destroy Iranian economy and ports. The regime may do this as a last resort if they believe its all over but no doubt Iranian leadership will be hoping for de-escalation, just like last time. Israel/Usa will only stop once their objectives are achieved which is to destroy 90% of the missiles, factories etc. But the war will not stop, Israel will come back again after a few months and continue to destroy Iranian military, all until it collapses like Syria and Iraqi armies. Saddam Iraq could not build his army for over a decade and Syria under Assad faced Israeli attacks for decades in order to keep their army weak.

This is where you would be VERY wrong.

Iran is holding back on these GCC countries relative to what it can do to them. Given how close these GCC countries, esp UAE are, Iran can incur a lot more damage than it is doing now. For now, and for the most part the attacks are actually small with the bulk focussed on American interests. Any escalation by the GCC would change that equation and cost the GCC a lot more than they can impose on Iran in return. It is the calculus of cost/reward, and right now that is on keeping out of it is worth more than getting involved - beyond token things like Qatar "apparently" did yesterday ( imho ).

The other issue is of optics, do the GCC leaders wont to be seen as fighting alongside Israel against Iran ?

Israel media blackout proves its getting beating.

About 20% of Israeli population is Arab descent. Then there are the Arabs/Palestinian in the West Bank and they are a majority there. Israel is small and so not much is hidden there and Israel has great internet / cyber infrastructure.
So why are not seeing more footage by average people in that region on social media? I am curious, not disputing or agreeing with you post.

Personally, I don’t like Ishaq Dar at all, but he has done a good job here and for that I appreciate him. We must, at all costs, prevent a clash between Iran and Saudi Arabia. Israel also wants the GCC to start fighting with Iran. But Pakistan should make every effort to ensure that attacks on Saudi soil do not come from Iran, and likewise Iran should not attack Saudi Arabia. Pakistan should act as a guarantor to stop this. Good job, Ishaq Dar.

China's leadership is similar to the Iranian leadership in many aspects, too conservative to make a major move.

But I do understand their concern as well, because they are worried that Iran will agree another ceasefire with the US, then tell the US how China has supported from behind.

Iran's reformists have sold out China once with Huawei, and China sees that the reformist influence is still strong in Iran, and they are afraid of getting sold out again by those reformists.

The Americans already know everything and it makes no difference to China, what is the Usa going to do about it. China also supports many other nations including Russia.

Gulfies getting involved can be brought to their knees very easily by Iran. KSA and UAE will starve to death and their expat population will leave the countries if their desalination plants are hit. 42% of UAE drinking water comes from desalination, rest comes from ground water which is also brackish. Similar deal with Saudi. 85%+ population of UAE is expat and 44% of KSA population is expat. If expats leave, there will be nothing called UAE.

I know but astonished how much credit they are given from pakistanies here, they are not more then money making machines.
