A lot of X accounts claiming most Iranian missiles were intercepted.
But the damages shown. Doesn't seem so.
Not sure how big the attack and the warhead are, but the building is not destroyed, which means this is probably shrapnel damage. Maybe a rocket or drone strike or a missile is intercepted and basically just falls on the civilian area
If you look at the aftermath of the Russian Missile attack on Ukraine, the first thing you will see is a crater at ground zero, that's where the warhead impacts the ground, and the damage then even out, and you will see nothing but debris after a few meters, and then shrapnel-damaged buildings radiate out
