I am wondering too. How can Iran be launching such huge missiles, in broad daylight when the US claim to have air superiority over most of Iran. Clearly lying to the Americans here.

By air superiority, I am assuming they mean there's no Iranian air force to confront them or any Iranian defence systems to counter USAF aircraft.

That does not mean, USAF is flying over Iran 24/7. They fly over Iran, attack and then go back. It'll be few hours before they return again.

Iran is launching ballistic missiles when they would've had enough information that USAF is not in their skies. To me that suggests, some powerful player(s) maybe providing intel of USAF aircraft to Iran.

Iran can target large platforms like refuellers, EW aircraft and AWACs, all of which cannot be hidden in HAS with its new cluster munition. Ben Gurion is an ideal target for this new platform for this reason.

Maybe Iran will at some point(thought why it prefers to hit Tel Aviv and not this is unknown. Is there a real good reason why? Better local Defenses at Ben Gurion given that they must have close to $10billion of large aircraft at that base now ?

Extremely important for Iran to exert absolute dominance over ANY regional guns for hire. Just as Islamabad is dealing with the Kabulites, Tehran must crush these 10 dollar mercs in Toyotas, or they will be emboldened for a generation.

IRGC border gaurds and Artesh both operate in the area. They are using heavy BM fire so IRGCASF.

Man they are fighting the world alone now ... US, Israeli, 15 other countries.

So, you mean IRGC won't care to attack islamic world? Then should Pakistan, Turkey, KSA, GCC gang up on Iran now ? Even better for our security then.

So please, Khamenei's policy for islamic brotherhood is the reason people in the region support Iran today. Nobody can tolerate Israel like mindset of attacking everyone. Israel do that because it directly controls super power of the world.

Inflight refueling makes reaching anywhere in the world from Whiteman AFB perfectly possible, and has been done routinely for years and years.

I think thats not just about its ferry range.. but if they are overloaded of payload that will literally makes the airframe exhaust which they wont like with this few aircrafts.
