No, Chinas BEIDOU has in built jamming system,

The only protection against jamming is frequency hopping, but eventually whole RF spectrum can be jammed.

Jamming any GNSS in any place is easy.

The hard/impossible is to do jamming in very large areas.

Besides, drones/missiles can just have a directional antenna pointing to above, and no jamming can be done from ground.
