I would like members to post their opinions here and discuss the effects of the Iran-US war in the neighbouring regions. Please also post clips and news on the realignment of the Middle East due to this war. It can be security, political and economic impacts.

The crux of this video is Iran's war is linked to one of our fault lines, which can be exploited. Now, adorning Trump can backfire as he is not the pacemaker. So, how should we navigate in this quagmire?

I was thinking if we can merge it with the 'Protest erupts...' thread as it is kind of an aftermath. Also...

However, just as the SDF was a front actually controlled by the PKK, these Iranian parties are likely to vanish soon as well.

Iran exerts some influence over these parties, and the history of Iranian Kurds has significant differences from that of Turkish-Kurdish or Arab-Kurdish histories. Nevertheless, it is now 2026, the US is involved, the PKK is free to engage, and the Iranian state has been weak for decades, creating opportunities for maneuvering.

I wouldn't worry about the Kurds. Iran should just continue using drones, BMs and LACMs to pound their positions and also bomb US Bases inside Iraq.

I think Iran should bomb the US Embassy there in Iraq too as the embassy there could be used as a front to channel funds to the Kurds. Ask the Iraqi Government to expel all Americans from the country too if they don't want Iranian missiles and drones raining on those bases.

I predict that if Iran is serious to foil USA's diabolical plan to use the Kurds for invading Iran, then within another 1 week intense Iranian and Iraqi Resistance bombardment of American bases and assets inside Iraq will force the American military to fly away from the country for good, never ever to return.

Not only are the Arab countries actively defending Israel by countering missiles, etc, they are spending billions of dollars in defending Israel through equipment and ammunition expenditure and additional 10's of billions of economic activity is being lost aswell, much of it that may never return, to help defend Israel.

The weapons they are using up, means that these very same Arab countries are noe also becoming "weaker against" Israel as Israel will get their ammunition stocks replenished quickly and these Arab countries will have to pay alot more and spend years filling up their stocks again.

You can't really make up the madness of these GCC Arab countries. It is insane!!!

One does not have any sympathy for them ...

How will United States manage to land thousands of men and equipment in these 2 land locked countries?
