I kind of agree with this guy of his assessment. He has been quite reliable throughout the Russia-Ukraine war.

the only consideration holding back widespread bombings on Iran is the civilian casualty and the unavoidable Gaza like images that will this time attach to Trump. Taking on Iranian troops is probably not a big issue but NOBODY knows what the Iranian people think/want; whether they were subjects of a feared tyrannical regime or do they actually revered the regime of khameni as a religious authority. Trump is left with only one way to find out !
Pahlavi has come off too sleazy so far. His spokesperson on radio interview sounded very shady and anxious.

4. But I don't think there will be an unconditional surrender or need for it. If the missile and drone capabilities are gone, there is no sense in continuing the war. Trump will be eager to declare victory and go home. He likes quick wins.

Apparently lran has a lot of missiles in stock along with drones. 2500 ++ according to some estimates
