Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Generally true, but I see some differences.
1. I think they focused a lot on eliminating the leadership. Now, it seems it was a good decision, as Iran is fighting the war autonomously without leadership, making it less effective.
2. First few days, the focus was on eliminating missile & drone capacity. They seem to have achieved it as the reports of missile and drone intensity suggest it has come down from day 1.
3. They are focusing now on energy and infrastructure. That should reduce missile and drone capabilities.
4. But I don't think there will be an unconditional surrender or need for it. If the missile and drone capabilities are gone, there is no sense in continuing the war. Trump will be eager to declare victory and go home. He likes quick wins.
Apparently lran has a lot of missiles in stock along with drones. 2500 ++ according to some estimates

It would be a disaster for helicopters with well camouflaged manpads. infrared blocker blankets can be used. Camouflaged Machine gun nests would also work against paratroopers while they are landing.
Yes. Which is why I want them to make this mistake again. It be the Iran version of back hawk down.

“Bodyguards carrying cell phones”

Yeah I don’t buy that excuse. If Iran didn’t learn from Hezbollah deposition attacks that all western cellphones are bugged then I don’t know what to tell you.

Even Bin Laden knew 25 years ago not to be around any cell phones.

Iranian intelligence has been severely compromised. Unbelievable

If the US/Israel win this conflict nothing can stop them from ruling the world. It will be too late for Russia or China no matter how clever they think they’re being.

The Jews will dominate the world and they’re going to bring down both countries. With Russia all they have to do is get rid of Putin and Russia will become a good boy.

China they will slow boil like a frog. They won’t start a direct war but they’ll squeeze it with sanctions on trade, oil and technology. They’ll also promote internal rebellions like in Hong Kong and Tiananmen Square. Eventually China will also become a good panda.

To stop this, Russia and China should escalate to the brink of nuclear exchange, otherwise be prepared to be reduced to accepting Jewish hegemony.
Mere speculation at best

What I don’t get is after so many missiles and drones downtown tel aviv looks mostly intact on Fox News

Hearts and minds… those cluster missiles need to carpet downtown for psych + desalination + ports and energy
Heavy censorship

how long will China watch one of its principal sources of cheap oil so crucial for the double digit growth and industrial effort get confiscated for at least a generation by its main competitor, is today's billion-dollar geopolitical question. If there isn't *one* strategic analyst within their *entire* state apparatus able to tell the higher echelons to effing move from their pathetic spectating posture and act like a nation truly contemplating a global superpower role, then they deserve to remain a sub-par regional actor for the remainder of the century. Part of a nation becoming a superpower is to boast a number of true visionary architects of foreign policy.

The US had Brzezinski, Kissinger, the USSR had Gromyko. China, by its current lack of political courage and initiative, and assuming that catastrophe of a non-stance remains their posture for the whole duration of the war and god forbid Iran breaks as a country, shall end up watching the consequences that will reverberate and will be taught as their single biggest strategic blunder of the century in every of their foreign policy papers, academies and circles published for 50 years to come. Akin to the 2003 Invasion of Irak by Bush Jr. I honestly don't feel i'm overstating this.

And "the need to balance cordial relations with the GCC" does not stand the test of the current existential conflict for Iran. Prioritizing them is one thing, dropping Iran so casually as some sort of toxic asset is completely another.

The GCC are and will remain core US satellites at the end of the day, even if the KSA has timidly ventured a bit further away relative to the other micro-states, but will listen to America whenever they throw a tantrum at a given geopolitical juncture. There will always be a hard limit to what they can do with them, same with Turkey on NATO's side. IF they can't see it, they aren't even worthy to be considered serious players at scale, period.

PS : thanks for the warm welcome @Persian Gulf and @shapurzolaktaf , + all others who reacted positively. We're all in this together even from outside. I truly appreciate.
It’s not that China refuses to cooperate militarily with Iran, but rather that Iran chooses self-reliance.

As for the ongoing wars, what can China actually do? As long as China holds massive amounts of U.S. debt and dollar reserves, a direct military conflict with the United States remains an impossibility.
