No, Iran has to hit them where it hurts to inflict a Strategic Defeat on Israel. If we don't take out their strategic sites, then Israel will do "periodical mow the grass operations" every 8-12 months aimed at Iran's ballistic missile production capabilities even after this war ends and a ceasefire is in place.
