Iran is actually still exporting oil to China (its own tankers are obviously free to pass the Strait of Hormuz)

so this spike in oil prices is good news for Iran in many ways

but soon even Iranian exports will likely be blocked

Pakistan is also buying on its train of donkeys

I was talking to an old neighbour today. His school children fee+syllabus is half of his pay. He was telling me that he has not seen happiness after COVID. Now, this series of wars (S.Asia and ME)will surely bring tougher times.

when the US and Israel decided to start this war, I don't think they were thinking about the impact on the economic livelihood of Pakistanis, or anyone in the region.

So far, Russia hasn't stopped, but if it halts the gas supply, the EU will definitely go against the war with Iran.
EU can get Russian oil refined by Indian companies.
