1: written guarantee of no unprovoked aggression from now on.

2: lifting of all sanctions.

3: iran has the right to get nukes as long as israel has nukes.

Not realistic. What's better is China Russian intervention which will lead to ceasefire, Iran will sign agreement of no aggression against neighbours, will say we have no plans for nukes. Israel Usa will agree not to attack Iran. Iran will then work with Russia China for a joint military base to gurantee Iran is protected for the next 100 years.

Or else Usa Israel will attack again after a few months, to finish of their original plan.
