Given the small number and sporadic nature, they seem more like technical failures causing the missiles to not go to their intended location, versus an active decision to attack which I don't think this is.

whenever this ends however it ends the damage is done. The people of Iran will likely experience the greatest pain as they pick up the pieces and rebuild. International funding and assistance will speed up recovery but under sanctions it will be a slow process. I continue to hope for the best outcome for the people of Iran.

A few things...
US would want to a return to gulf bases. Resupply. Look for fissures and weakness in Iranian reply. Any weakness will reinforce the belief that they may have a chance still.
All are detrimental to what Iran has reached thus far... and without any tangibles it would be an utter loss. Remember the one paying the price determines how much they're looking to extract out of it...
The future of small Arab sheikhdoms maybe a permanent absorption into Saudi Arabia. So, Saudis merely have to wait and let them make the choice of going after Iran directly and reap the dividends of patience.
I dont think Emirates ever in their wildest dreams thought tables turning on them... well for zion... they should go on a calorie restricted diet on their own.

this is one of those things that needs no speculation. The markets dont mess around. Anyone can doctor an image like that, and Im sure the Americans are sending out disinformation on the matter to save their asses.
