I would go further.

I put it to you that he is most probably not dumb or "a joke" or particularly "idiotic". Even when he says things that we here would immediately flag as ignorant, he is probably intentionally covering up his actual level of cognition.

His obfuscating style of speech may be very deliberate. He misdirects, confuses and disrupts a questioner, feinting out of the path of incoming challenges, and often answers a question that is different to the one being asked. In this way, he controls a room and controls a narrative. He should not be underestimated and is a very dangerous individual, quite the psychopath actually.

Anyone can go as far as one would like in describing Trump the person as you wish, such as above.

Do you know what an unfair advantage is?
US has an integrated and consolidated battlefield running through multiple states and jurisdictions. It can isolate the victim fairly comprehensively.
What is the aggrieved to do? When aggressor can monitor it's space and choose multiple borders and states with impunity. For example there was no input from these very states on this aggression and US use of their air and ground assets through them to attack Iran. None! In fact US moved its assets around to protect its local parasite. This go beyond even bilateral or legal terms... as the act of war not only illegal according to US domestic law but under domestic laws... forget the ones who's territory was used to conduct them... Secondly, Iraq where its US helped installed government passed the law to expel US troops... US continues to use its bases and air space with impunity in contravention to said laws and legal norms.

add logistics support personal, pilot, wear and tear, maintenance cost to keep the bird flying and then fuel cost. add another $200K for the mission.
