Can Pakistan independently manufacture disposable lighters?

excellent post have to say!

one that distinguishes, man from boy!

in a truly independent working mind (one capable enough to solve problems diligently), this though of independently producing plastic shopping bags or bullets cannot arise!

so no, if Pak. produces or manufactures these items, if the cost is 'diligent problem solving' then, even local production of these things gives zero benefit

one could argue, what sort of childish and non-sensical argument is this, Pak. tribal region produces as many bullets perhaps as any African country would in a year!

that's the point, if any production does not lead to any problem solving, then, whats the point, you are just one step away from becoming sub Saharan country!

its all about nurturing and fostering the minds and industry......in the process building an industrial base.
People at the helm have zero, experience or understanding of the matter at hand...hence appoint incompetent, inifficent ppl, wrong ppl at the right places.
The result is wt we see today.
Wt if a told u that a graduate of e&me collage, an electrical eng. has been manufacturing parts for boeing in Faisalabad. for at least the last 10-15 years. All with zero govt. funding or help.
The talent n in some cases, the know-how, is there, its all about nurturing and supporting it.
lakin then again if we started manufacturing stuff in-house, how would the politicians, the generals, the admirials or the air marshals build their fortunes abroad

why do you always come up with the most moronic statements?
Do you need AI to google stuff for you too? Man take your wise ass statements and stick them where the sun doesnt shine.

I always wonder, Pakistan military has a history of flying choppers like Cobra and even experience doing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), what's stopping them from manufacturing their own attack choppers? (even if its light attack helicopters). I know for certain there will be a an engine problem, which Pakistan doesn't have the skills and machinery tools to develop complex engines, but they can outsource them from China or Turkey etc. Can't Pakistan develop the airframe and blades?
the problem is, lets say everything else was in line, we were technically and financially capable of doing so.

The issue comes when producing them, your cost per unit would be insane, we'd need to spread that development cost across the units produced, we just dont have the scale to be able to make these projects viable. Its why the Turks need orders for Kaan etc, because otherwise its unaffordable. Look at the Roovaik... $40m(2006 money)/unit, 12 produced, look at what else that buys you!

Allegedly AVIC members helping Pakistan with the integration of Z-10ME!

Would compliment the WZ-10's(support, maintenance costs shared etc) but I am not sure PAF has such a requirement. Pakistan seems to be ok as far as helicopters go.

Drones are the future btw.
