Yara, there are a million people that live in these areas. All some (may 1, 2, 4 or 5) of them have to do is pick up the hotline and call or text the military/FC. That is it!

I am not asking the locals to take the militants on themselves. But get the military/FC information about where these terrorists are.

Let's not find excuses for the locals when there are none. We are not asking the locals to stand up lashkars and take the fight to the TTP. All that they, as citizens of Pakistan, have to do is to Inform on the TTP just as any other city dwellers are expected to when thieves/robbers come to their neighborhoods.

If there is a military hotline, how do I know someone from the military won't blackmail me? Are there mechanisms that protects me and check in on me to ensure my safety after the fact? Has effort been made to inform me of said mechanisms?

Not just that, but imagine what will happen once they find out who gave out their comrades, all hell will break loose on that person and their family.

The issue I see here is that the TTP own the narrative, the locals don’t see the Pakistani army as their own, they see them more of an occupying force, and who make up majority of the TTP, the very locals from that area, imagine how many dead they gave fighting.

Sorry to say Pakistani friends, but this war is a nasty war, it’s akin to a civil war albeit on a smaller scale.

PA was playing double game with USA since ouster of TTA. Now they are fighting with them, giving Afghanistan to South Block in a platter.
There is no solution in sight when interests run supreme.
Just brace for new bombings in pak and drone attacks.

Now if they want to trade blows with Pakistan, then so be it
We will kick out every Afghan,
Make sure all trade is ended and all borders are closed and no Afghan can use our schools, hospitals or airports

And for every suicide bomb killing our civilians or police we will respond with a airstrike on the Afghans and it will be an airstrike on something the Afghans will need


In the event of a large suicide bombing or attack, we will respond with wide scale destruction of Afghan infrastructure and cities
