I recall in this thread, leading to the conflict, I had asked Iranian members what could be any impact of Ali Khamenei's death as a result of some target killing; I suggested a large reaction at least in the Shia sect of Islam. The response I got from a member was something like 'You give too much credit to the importance of the Ayatollah'.
Well, now the Ayatollah is the martyr across the Muslim world, spanning all sects, and I have seen even older Indian analysts disgusted by what was done to a very old person like him and his immediate family members.
Unnecessary, cruel, and counterproductive. Israel is going to bring down America. This didn't use to be America's way.
 
US Central Command has released footage of missile strikes on the Iranian Navy. The video shows American missile strikes on the Iranian Shahid Soleimani-class corvette, as well as on Gadir-class submarines, Zolfaghar-class missile patrol boats, and other Iranian assets.

The Gadir-class submarines are a series of midget submarines built by Iran specifically for navigating the shallow waters of the Persian Gulf. The project is named after the religious site of Ghadir Khumm. As of 2025, approximately 20 submarines of this class have been built and commissioned, all of which are operated by the Iranian Navy and serve in the Southern Fleet. The Gadir-class submarines are designed for littoral combat operations.

4 people got injured two Nepalese, Indian and Pakistani and they are claiming only debris hit.
