Pakistan-Saudi Arabia mutual defense pact: News & Discussion

yes. it is in our strategic benefit to send a detachment to the KSA.
Yea I guess when you owe someone $7 Billion anything can be made a “strategic benefit”

Who would have that signing a defense deal with a major regional player located in one of the most tumultuous and war-torn region on the planet wouldn't come with it's own consequences

Asim munir sold out Pak for short term gains and we'll pay for it eventually slowly but surely.

Same Saudis who are ensuring uninteruppted oil supplies to Pak via the Red Sea?

Because I am tired of reading biased views again and again. If you blame one party support why ignore the other? Unless you are taking sides.
yes exaclty no problem with this
our country should not be a staging ground for their bs sectaian wars
arrest any of the guys from both sides

Pakistanis as in common Pakistani or the power circle?

From online cheerleaders to cheerleaders on the ground, we have seen quite a fascinating behaviour from the countrymen. Soon a ruling party of one of the provinces would be manoeuvred against the Arabs. No one can downplay the racial and sectarian bias which Arabs face from the nation.

i guess more strategically beneficial to bend over backwards for an international pariah who has proxies in our country and literally launches ballistic missiles at us.

sounds about right.

Pakistanis as in a small segment of people on the internets.

The monarchs hardly care. However, people to people relations and perceptions can change in this age of connectivity and multiple platforms. In the past common Arabs have held Pakistanis in high regards.

I would rather prefer to be wise and control my urge to show my loyalties online, that doesn't help others who would go there for work.

Correct!

No one even mentioned them, do you have a mental deficiency?

I am very puzzled at how easily and conveniently Ali Khamenei has been assassinated. How every other local and foreign top leader has been killed inside Iran. I do not buy this Afghan immigrants provided info on them. It appears like someone wanted all of them out of the way to stoke the flames of war with Arab world.

Cheerleaders need to use their brains.

I would rather curse and not cheerlead the country that couldn't keep my spiritual leader safe or worse aided and abetted in his assassination. Same like the party that may have facilitated its leader's demise.
