That's old, discredited propaganda which Israelis have been paddling for a long time. Iran's position is not to kill the Jews in Israel but to remove the existing nature of the state of Israel to make it to be regionally integrated, no Apartheid, and where the Palestinians have their own state per the 1967 lines. Yes, Iran and other Muslim countries would accept an Israel along the 1967 lines or whatever solution the Palestinians themselves would agree upon.

It is the Israelis who have the expansionist ideas.

What part of "Iran wants to wipe Israel off the map" is discredited? I've heard it many times.

As for land expansion, Israel won each time it went up against its immediate neighbors. Territorial conquests come with it. Look at the current map of Europe and compare with maps pre-WWII, post-WWI, etc.

It is a nuanced approached by Iran. Yes, you heard it many times the same propaganda which every American has heard over the decades but you have heard the other side which says that Iran would accept any solution which the Palestinians would. Have you?

As for Israel's territorial expansion--yes, it has so far prevailed, on the back of the American military might. But nothing lasts forever and neither will the American support to Israel. In fact, some say, Netanyahu knows this is his best and last chance to drag America into an open conflict with Trump in power. And thus the rush to this war.
