I would be one of those "average" Americans. And while true that I lean right, I'm not at the far end of the spectrum. I hold no more animosity towards Muslims than I would Mormons, or fellow Catholics, or any other religion. All have their extremists just as the everyday population does.

What people are seeing is just that: the extremists. And, given the ability of the MSM to shape opinion, because they know many are too lazy to think on their own, what they are seeing is the extremists all jacked up and they believe that to be representative of the entire society. That is simply not the case.

so, basically , the war on Iran is not for regime change , it's basically a war against Islam and next they will turn against Egypt and Turkey.

I hope our Moron who rules the country gets the idea , we need to prepare for war too, we don't long range ballistic missiles, short range will be enough since israel and europe next to us and if we can't get nukes we can use chemical warheads or dirty bombs from our nuclear fuel in the recent russian nuclear reactors in Egypt.

Trump and Hegseth losing the PR war badly, the school strike, the lack of strategy and now Hegseth losing it with the press in is daily briefings. The whole admin has the look and sound of defeat around them and now just throwing around words and claims like an IAF AIr Marshal after an air battle.

This thing is getting painful for the Americans and no one has the guts to call it a day despite all of them inside wanting to wish this away.

I know. I live here.

I deal with everyday Americans all day long, and have friends all across the political spectrum (all of it). There is no hatred in this society, save for the lunatic fringe on both sides.

Differences of opinion? Heck, yeah, that is American way. Hatred? Nope. Not a chance.

Even with this war, yes, there are strong opinions on both sides, but that is for the issue, not towards each other.
