3x additional US Airforce B52 Heavy bombers has landed in England, joining already stationed 3x B52s to strike on Iran.
@RescueRanger

Sorry sir I've been away I'm travelling for work today so will be away from the forum. Yes I already reports on the 3 extra b52s y.day these were part of the surge making the inventory of B1s forward positioned to the UK at 12 and the number of b52s forward positioned to 6.

this doesnt take into account the fact that iran is now using newer, higher quality missiles. and that interceptors are drying up, so higher proportion of hits, despite lower total fired
This is available data not speculation. I can only work with data verified and recorded by independent sources.

No clear signs of any imminent Israeli ground invasion into Lebanon

Israelis are ramping up the threats but no sign of Israeli armor and Brigades being moved to border
Ret. Col. Larry Wilkerson on DialogueWorks claimed that he's heard that of the reservist callups in israel about a third just didn't show up. I suppose hypothetically it's possible, but we don't have any actual numbers that we could point to. Could also just be that they won't launch something without a full dedication by their air wings, which are more preoccupied with shooting missiles into random houses, schools, and banks in Iran...

who is attacking or hindering in the Med Sea? I think they are there for operations in their former colony Lebanon.
I already explained this - this is part of their defensive operation for Cyprus and keeping the transit lines open in case of houthi involvement.

Sorry posts keep getting lost in spam.

They are prepping for landing by bombing the only runaway on the Island multiple times?

Or do you think that the Marine carrier is going to Leroy Jenkins thru the Persian Gulf and hope it reaches the island without being hit by 100 drones and cruise missiles from the massive coastline?

Taking Kharg would be a death trap for any marine. It’s a 10KM by 2KM island with very little places to hide.

Good luck with 5,000 troops trying to hold that.

You either try to clear the coastline first, starting from the Gulf of Oman and work your way to the island or put down the call of duty controller and talk realistically.
The Marine is not going to attack Kharg Island, unless they fancy a YOLO style mad dash from Kuwait. I don't even know if the US can sail the entire AAG (LHA group) into the area, and even if they could, that's going to be a turkey shoot for Iranian drones. Going up the strait of Hormuz

Theoretically, they can use the 82nd Airborne on the island and fight either an air assault battle or a semi-amphibous assault, but that would again mean the US would need to defend the island somehow, 10,000 Army Airborne plus 5000 Marine is that small island would be like shooting fish inside a barrel, and pretty soon they will find out how Ukraine fought for 4 years, because those troop would have been doing the same thing under drone attacks..

Those Marine is more than likely be just posturing,

Gulf states today are playing the same role they played during the days of the Second Iraq War: American planes were taking off from their bases to strike Iraq, and at the same time, they were announcing their rejection of the war.The difference between Saddam Hussein and the current Iranian government is that Iran has decided not to be in Saddam's position; Saddam knew the role of the Gulf states but was powerless to respond to them.

Come on USA you have 349 million people, and this thing becomes Secretary of Defense?

Yep. That's our Princeton and Harvard degree-holding Secretary of Defense. If only education resulted in one gaining common sense.

Those were not '200 missiles' they were rockets and how they're supposed to be effectively used

Israel wants a one sided war where no damage is done to Israel

It's their typical modus operandi -- where they attack at high intensity but try to scare enemy into not responding

And when they do respond -- they start targeting civilian families, medics, accredited academics, and children

Heard a good one today about Sec Hegeseth's comment

"The operation went on very smoothly, except that the patient died on the table."

And then followed by No shit, genius, how are we going to break that cycle is what we want to hear, we don't want to hear about the problem again..

Also, there is a rumor from the Air Force circle, which has probably already been reported

The Iraqis attacked 2 KC-135, shot down the KC-135 we know, and they were attacking the other, but that one landed safely in Israel.

This is not a refuelling accident like the Pentagon claims because KC-135 don't refuel each other.

Take it as you may

One of the worst of the worst decisions ever by Khamenei was funding and supplying this group with Iranian money and weapons. This is what they are coming up with when our children are being killed.

I am addressing for viewers sake and not you. Because I remember you and you were anti -Iranian govt and Hamas for a long time.

It looks to be Qatar and others are trying to use Meshaal as last resort of pressure on Iran to basically stand down and absorb the regime change

Hamas is Hamas in Gaza, the Al Qassam Brigades. Many leaders have been killed and they also want to disarm and get rid of Hamas. Using pressure on Meshaal and others to facilitate this end game.

Hamas in Gaza is aware and releases statements through the Al Qassam Brigades spokesman in support of Iran. This war is also existential for Hezbollah - Hamas - Islamic Jihad.

Gulf Arabs governments maybe working with the US behind scenes to lean into 'brotherlyhood' empathy and so forth to persuade Iran not to target critical infrastructure in region as an overall sinister strategy while Iranian capabilities continue to get degraded and degraded

Iran itself may sincerely not want to either. But down the line it may not have a choice.

Gulf Arab governments are too secretive which is making people suspicious of their agenda. If they communicate what they believe in to the people, then people could allow them to make their case.

What do they want for the region? A settlement with Israel and continued strategic ties with the US ? Etc....

Their lack of straightforwardness and US operating out of the bases there is making them appear as accomplices and that is something people cannot get behind. Even people that don't like the Iranian government.
