Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

Paf is focusing more on 23rd march airshow preps than on bombing Afghanistan.
thats so true lmfao , even in media more noise about reherseals than the strikes
fter the first 3 days of this operation what exactly has been our plan? We just sit around blow up a couple checkpoints
we are systemically degrading all of their support structure and resources

Ok and has it had a effect yet? Because at the end of the day Taliban is a low tech militia, and we are not conducting this campaign at no where near the required intensity, IMO if the campaign had targeted their leadership since day 1 it would had a lot more effect.

This conflict is still being fought half assed, with gloves on.

Brother lots or things can be useful here that just arent being used. Paf is focusing more on 23rd march airshow preps than on bombing Afghanistan. Army is sitting around not doing much letting FC do everything. A lot of Pakistans arsenal is simply not being used here. A war like this can only be won through full commitment by armed forces instead of entering afghan territory to sit around waiting for next provocation. After the first 3 days of this operation what exactly has been our plan? We just sit around blow up a couple checkpoints and call in AF for a couple limited strikes.
Afg is not the type of military that you can bomb and destroy its warfighting capabilities , they dont have anything of value that we can bomb to stop their offensive , they are still a bunch of guys with rifles using spray and pray tactics . so doing series of large airstrikes on some caves or warehouses are not gonna benefit us much .
IMO we should stop the smuggling from afg by employing strict rules on officers assigned to those areas , insure better border security and do better surveillance..

It's a good start but definitely not enough, I thought by now the intensity would have increased.

The harder we pound them in Afghanistan, the less chance they have to shift the war into Pakistan.

This is why I support giving the Northern communities in Afghanistan their autonomy, it will divert Afghan attention and we can shift the war there, also it would be the perfect counter to them claiming Pakistani territory

A buffer zone would be good but I don't know how geographically feasible it is

Turkey is proof that relentless bombardment and intel-backed strikes can grind down insurgent groups (paired with the civil control & integration side of things)

Destroying their ammunition stocks and feul and hard military equipment is a good start.

Bro all the suggestions you made were realised 20 years ago. But when intel community is stretched thin FC is left unsupported and an entire province and ethnic community cannot decide if it even wants to fight nothing of value will happen.

Wanna know what airstrikes can do? Burn down the afghan economy. Target all their fuel depots to deny them transportation. Target any and all infrastructure connected to the taliban regime. All these things are entirely feasible ways to hurt taliban without using actual intelligence. And if you can use actual intelligence and a concerted ground offensive you can blast all their advanced launch pads and hideouts near the borders. Occupying them and creating a buffer zone. We started this operation by siezing the initiative and then sat around letting them regroup

The fauj is built to take on big nuclear powers in high level combat.

This is just PAF supporting FC. That is all taliban is to us. They are being shown their place.

That's why their simps have gone quiet. Reality is dawning on them.

No they are hitting 1 - 2 buildings at a base max
yes but it has been going on consistently for like 10 days now , 70 ish targets struck till now . but yes agreed that we are taking this too lightly but again we dont know whats our plan , we might be thinking this will last months( hence low intensity ) and we will continuously strike them to apply maximum pressure to change their ways

I haven't seen a single strike on taliban humvee or armoured vehicles via drone or fighter jet. Usually they are moving in large columns in these vehicles. I think that's a very good high value target.

If you really wanna see results then send in cobras with rockets and atgms targeting them.

Whatever we have should be sent. It's a good target practice for our forces. If We have these shahper 111 in service and other Kamikaze drones that can be test in live battle feild.
