The only thing that made them worthwhile in the eyes of the US is their engineering capability in the semiconductor and electronic domains.

The US and its entire allies have forged their jewel on the crown AKA ASML lithography machine. However, only the Taiwanese have completely mastered the exquisite chip fabrication to the extreme with their TSMC, with South Korea's Samsung came to a distant second.

China right now is waiting for its indigenous EUV lithography machine to be fully capable to surpass TSMC in the chip fabrication.

And Chinese leaders were initially hoping the US to hollow up Taiwan, then give up it to China as a useless tiny island.

However, they have grossly underestimated the incompetency of the MAGA redneck chip workers in the Arizona factory as the US still depends on the TSMC work force in Taiwan, and cannot produce the chips with same quality/quantity as the ones produced in TSMC in Taiwan.

As the US cannot shrug off its reliance on the TSMC in Taiwan because of their incompetent MAGA work force, when China has controlled, the chip supply of the US might just collapse as its rare earth supply.

No one will shed a tear for if India is further broken into pieces, they (Indians) knows this very well that China is way out of their league, they can barely hold Pakistan off in a conventional warfare, and as time progress Pakistan will be getting top of the line Chinese systems while Indians rely on lies and fake made up stories. China doesn't even need Pakistan to take take India head-on on land/air and sea, in fact if push really come to shove India will lose not only Arunachal Pradesh but also Kashmir, China can roll over the entire Kashmir region and later together with help of Pakistan can turn Kashmir into a autonomous region which will turn Kashmir into a heaven.
