If missile hits civilian sights = allow limited media and video to gain sympathy in the world

This is plausible, although Pakistan could be part of the greater plan rather than Iran being a ruse to get to Pakistan.

Netanyahu has openly stated time and again in interviews that denuclearization of Pakistan is a goal after ensuring Iran cannot make the bomb.

The Israelis and Americans can do this by supporting insurgencies and trying to balkanize Pakistan. After that taking control of the nukes would be easy, just like they did it with former Soviet countries.

Coming back to Iran, I don't think a regime change is remotely possible without a ground invasion. In the unlikely event that it happens, it would be bad news for Pakistan since that would mean a puppet of the west getting installed.
