no way the F35 was able to land like that, most likely crashed into the Persian Gulf after it got hit and the Americans are doing damage control.

Was this really confirmed by CNN? I've been pretty skeptical of big claims like this, it's not the first time Iran said to have hit an F35 but was later debunked.

Huge if true, would be a major development.

if true this event could change the dynamics of modern warfare, us/isreal airforces no more the dominant airforces as they claim to be, this will have far reaching implications, probably the reason why chinese are speed running their 6th gen platform, as 5th gen is perhaps getting obsolete.
