Iran has allies, not proxies. America has proxies, they are called the Arab states, lol.

In case you hadn't noticed, Iran doesn't exactly spend much on its air force or navy. If you have information to suggest Iran's military budget is above $20b, feel free to share it.
Day after day seems more obvious that US must copy something more than the Shahed 136. Their bitches are expensives.

IRI is a revolutionary system that was born out of populist leftist student protests against Monarch. Mullahs hijacked the movement much later. So these two formed the IRI. System is not plural, capitalists, monarchists, seculars, nationalists all left or were kicked out. They over the period of time created the psycho diaspora we have including all of us members here.

As a government, IRI mullahs have been extremely harsh and stupid in past so they created an army of traitors. Iranians are inherently very stubborn and egomaniac types. We keep grudges. Majority that chose to act against IRI wanted to get back at them for some personal reason.
But to take monarchy and the Prince as your opponents is not serious ideology, is questionable if Prince is willing to leave L.A and his unquestionable non existing popularity in Iran... hunt on ghosts...

While in foreign relations and positioning, there are serious differences between different fractions, which is normally fine...

He is a clown who will be shot dead by someone the moment he lands in Iran. CIA cut his funding so he tried selling his BS to Israelis who are wasting money on his jobless azz these days. To put this in simple words, he aint coming back.

IRI post this war will become a much much better society that this ancient empire deserves.

Hezbollah has really made a major impact in the war.

There is talk of rationing of oil, fuel and potentially even WFH here in the UK, as indicated by the IEA. Very very early talks right now.

Source = BBC News TV

You think the terms of surrender or ceasefire will not have reparations baked into it? Clearly you missed the fact that even today Iraqs oil revenue is controlled by the US. It's the same with Venezuela. Clearly I have less to worry about as an American than you as an Iranian. Unless you believe this war will end on Iran's terms. You may be right but only time will tell.

You are right and I believe the cost of this war is baked in. Patrick Henningsen even talked about a likely global energy scenario as a result of this war if the Americans win: Basically controlling several major energy routes/ sources where America would be able to dictate terms on 'extortionist' prices.
But, as you said, 'only time will tell'.
